1) Foster Parents will have a clear understanding of the ROOTS Program’s focus and goals. 2) Foster parents will have a better understanding of the benefits of establishing and maintaining relationships with biological family of children in their homes when possible. 3)Foster Parents will have a better understanding of the importance of maintaining connections for children, including family, foster family, schools etc.
